Cover the entire absorption area with 12 inches of soil.
Add any additional material to bring the berm out to the proper dimensions. The thickness of the berm should be measured at the bottom of the aggregate. At that point, the berm should extend out three feet then fall at the slope prescribed in the permit plan.
