How to Build an Elevated Sandmound Sewage Disposal System
Next the piping is installed. The manifold is attached to the delivery line. It may be 1 1/2 or 2 inch PVC as specified in the permit design. In larger commercial or community systems the pipe diameter may be even greater.
Usually the manifold is centered in the aggregate. However, some may be offset. Always check the system plans before placing the manifold.
