How to Build an At-Grade Sewage Disposal System
Using a multi-prong chisel plow or the teeth of a backhoe bucket, scarify the entire at-grade mound area. The area scarified should be larger than the outside dimensions of the completed mound. The furrows of the scarified soil should be perpendicular to the slope of the ground.
