Mount Haven

Har Haven withdrew its appeal of the Zoning Officer’s determination that Har Haven was not properly running Mount Haven as a resort during the time of the temporary certificate of use and that it violated the township ordinance by operating when the certificate had expired.

The withdrawal of the appeal does not in any way prohibit Har Haven from reapplying for a certificate of use in the future once the deficiencies are corrected.
