How to Build an Elevated Sandmound Sewage Disposal System
Cut all trees within 20 feet of the perimeter of the location of the proposed elevated sandmound. Cut as low to the ground as may be done safely. Do not pull the stumps. The pulling of stumps will result in permit revocation.
