Har Haven Hearing Cancelled
On October 25, 2019, the following letter was received by the Dingman Township office. The result is that the S.A.L.D.O. waiver hearing scheduled for October 29th is cancelled and the waiver request application is withdrawn.

Dear Karen:
I am writing to you on behalf of my client, Har Haven LLC, regarding the
hearing scheduled for this Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 6 pm, to consider my
client’s request for a Modification of the Subdivision plan for Country Estates
at Mount Haven. At this time, I am asking that the application be withdrawn,
without prejudice, as my client has not been able to reach an agreement with the
Country Estates POA and Kiley Associates has not been able to fully address the
Township Engineer comments. My client is aware that you previously advised that
no further continuances would be granted, so if Har Haven can resolve these two
issues, it will have to re-apply for an approval at that time. I am also
withdrawing my appearance on behalf of Har Haven at the present time, although I
may agree to represent it in the future.
