How Does this Affect Dingman Township?
U.S. District Judge William Stickman IV ruled that Pennsylvania Governor Wolf's Covid-19 rules were unconstitutional.
Governor Wolf immediately announced that he would appeal Judge Stickman's ruling.
On September 15th, Dr. Rachel Levine stated that the ruling by a federal judge doesn't change the business-related Covid-19 restrictions that are in place.

So how does that affect the Township? In the interest of health and legal safety, the Board of Supervisors will continue with the Board's present Covid-19 policy.
