PUBLIC HEARING POLICY

DURING COVID-19 EMERGENCY DECLARATION

As long as the current health emergency remains in effect, access to any Public Hearings in person shall be limited.  First preference shall be given to Township Officials and staff.  The next preference shall be for the parties to the Hearing and their professional staff.  Any members of the public wishing to attend any Public Hearing must give notice to the Township staff at least two (2) days before the Hearing.  If the public desiring to attend exceed the space limitations imposed by COVID-19 Orders and Policy, the Hearing shall be continued to a new date and location.
