PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing to consider the application of Pike Developmental Group LLC will be held before the Dingman Township Zoning Hearing Board on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 beginning at 7:00 p.m.  The subject property is owned by CCT Holding LLC, 1315 Milford Road, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania 18328 and identified as Tax Map No. 125.00-01-26.001and located at 317 SR 2001, Milford, Pennsylvania 18337.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider the Applicant’s request for Special Exception approval for a Use Not Provided For pursuant to Section 105 of the Dingman Township Zoning Ordinance.  Applicant’s proposed use consists of the parking and storage of fleet vehicles, equipment, and materials; repair of fleet vehicles; and business office use of M&S Septic Services.  The property is located in the NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District.

The hearing will be held at the Dingman Township Municipal Offices, 118 Fisher Lane, Milford, Pennsylvania 18337.  However, due to COVID restrictions, public participation is limited to remote attendance via Zoom.  

The Governor has granted Dingman Township permission to, once again, hold "in-person" meetings.  However, the Governor is restricting the Township to only the supevisors and township staff.
